Local produce
Working with our suppliers we source where possible fresh fruit, vegetables and other products locally and from across Scotland. We also go directly to some local producers for produce.

- Bonaly Farm Dairy – milk, yoghurt
- Broxburn Brown – eggs
- Phantassie Farm, East Linton – organic eggs
