REHIS Food and Health

Elementary Food & Health is a nationally recognised seven hour course which provides training in the principles of good nutrition and getting a healthy, balanced diet. Our highly qualified team of friendly and approachable Association for Nutrition-registered Nutritionists have wide experience of delivering REHIS training to people from different backgrounds and all levels of experience.
REHIS Food Allergy Awareness

The Food Allergy Awareness Training Course is a professionally and nationally recognised certificated course which aims to raise awareness of issues around allergies, coeliac disease & intolerances and of how to cater for sufferers in a variety of contexts. Learn more about Natasha’s Law and the recent changes to Pre-packed for Direct Sale (PPDS) legislation.
Fussy Eating Workshop for Families

This 1-hour workshop is designed to support families struggling with fussy eating behaviours. It aims to improve confidence and provide practical techniques for managing picky eating and reduce mealtime stress.
Weaning Workshop for Families

This 1-hour workshop is designed to support parents and carers through their weaning journey. It aims to increase weaning confidence by providing all the information needed to start introducing food, as well as addressing common questions and concerns.
