Our Food and Development Officers, Jess & Louise, took their home grown tomato plant on tour and met with Chef Tony Singh at his eatery Radge Chaat. Tony has kindly written a recipe for our #Tomtastic VegPowerUK Grow Strong project

We're so excited to share the recipe with schools across Edinburgh to make use of our delicious tomatoes at the end of summer!

Elementary Food & Health is a nationally recognised seven hour course (delivered over 2 days) which provides training in the principles of good nutrition and getting a healthy, balanced diet. Our highly qualified team of friendly and approachable Association for Nutrition-registered Nutritionists have wide experience of delivering REHIS training to people from different backgrounds and all levels of experience.

We are delighted to announce our new partnership with the City of Edinburgh Council. We are training their wonderful schools catering staff in our REHIS Elementary Food Hygiene course.
