Board Recruitment

Board Members

Edinburgh Community Food is looking for fresh talent for its board of volunteer directors. We'd like to recruit management-level professionals who have some time, skill and knowledge to support us in our exciting work helping people cook and eat more healthily.

As a board director, you will play an important part in our future growth, as we continue to develop this charity and social enterprise as a centre of excellence for food and health work across Edinburgh.

Edinburgh Community Food is growing and now we need some fresh talent for our board, to help take us even further.

If you've got a head for numbers (perhaps having worked professionally in a financial setting), or a background in monitoring and reporting, plus a few hours a month to get involved with this dynamic food charity, we'd be really keen to hear from you. But whatever your professional background, if you're interested in joining us, get in touch and let us know what skills and experience you could bring.

Have a look at our strategic plan where we have set ourselves two main aims:

1. Support more people in low income communities to eat more healthily
2. Improve our sustainability and impact
