Peas Please is recruiting 100 enthusiastic, vegetable lovers to be veg advocates and to help get the UK eating more vegetables.

Veg advocates will work alongside Peas Please, community organisations and pledgers such as retailers, caterers and suppliers to kickstart more open discussions on food and food poverty and increase the awareness of the barriers that exist for many people to access and eating more vegetables.

Edinburgh Community Food are looking forward to working with Scottish veg advocates to help overcome these barriers and encourage more vegetable consumption in Scotland.

Nourish Scotland are leading the project for Scotland and are running a number of veg advocate workshops throughout November.
