We at Edinburgh Community Food have developed healthy and affordable meal packs. We want to encourage people to cook more vegetables and also to make this easy to do. Our Take & Make DIY Meal Packs have everything you need to make delicious, nutritious meals.

While these packs don’t contain any meat, fish or dairy, they have everything required to make complete and delicious meals just as they are. However, if you prefer, you can add any of the above yourself while cooking.

We have developed 7 soups, 7 main meals and 2 side dishes which are great value for money as well as healthy, nutritious and delicious. Each take & make bag has all the ingredients for 4 portions.
